*FUELER
The FUELER is an important part of the DUAL-LINETM BALLOON FUEL SYSTEM. The FUELER is used to suck the air out of the DUAL-LINETM BALLOON TANK, before it is filled. (Proper fueling procedure is described in the instructions, which come with our highest performance DUAL-LINETM BALLOON FUEL SYSTEM.)
*PROPELLERS
The MICRO-FLITE®/COX® TD .010 "R/C" ENGINE is supplied with two (2) 3 in. diameter by 1-1/4 in. pitch stock COX propellers: a gray COMPETITION (high RPM!) and a black DOUBLE-TUF NYLON (very flexible and durable!).
*MUFFLER
The MICRO-FLITE®/COX® TD .010 "R/C" ENGINE'S" incredibly small displacement (low-noise!) along with the PET'S™ Progressive Muffler eliminates any need for a bulky, heavy and drag producing conventional muffler! The .010 "R/C" ENGINE is designed to be a very compact "low-noise" powerplant, which will fit into the smallest engine compartments!
*GLOW PLUG CLIPS WITH WIRING
MICRO-FLITE® offers both a stock COX glow plug clip with wiring (#7556) and a modified COX glow plug clip with extended wiring and banana plugs that easily can be used with power panels (#7556MF).
*STARTERS
1. ELECTRIC STARTER
An electric starter designed for the COX TEE DEE .010 ENGINE can be used to safely start the MICRO-FLITE®/COX® TD .010 "R/C" ENGINE, if a reasonable precaution is taken: Before applying the electric starter, flip the prop over several times to make sure the engine is not flooded - checking carefully for hydraulic lock. The .010 "R/C" ENGINE starts virtually instantly with a tap of the starter button, if fuel is up to the needle valve body and the engine is properly primed. An electric starter is definitely the safest, fastest and easiest way to start a TEE DEE engine! Also you don't need the starter spring on the engine, so you save a little weight.)
